Although our goal is to fulfill every order, sometimes we only find out from restaurants that an item is out of stock after payment has been processed. If you are collecting your order at the restaurant, do ensure to check the order before leaving the restaurant as they will be able to fix the issue right away for you.
However, If you find out that an item is missing from your order after you are back at your workplace/home, please check your final receipt as out of stock items should not be charged to you. If an item is shown as delivered or collected but you haven’t received it, please contact us via the form below. We will correct your bill and ensure that the right amount is charged to you.
