We charge your card after we deliver your items to you. If an item is out of stock or substituted, your receipt is adjusted before we make any deductions.
Pop-up stores (e.g., Mother’s Day store, CNY store, etc.) are an exception. We charge your card when the order is placed. It takes 3 - 10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
